(More customer reviews)Earlier this year, I lost the 'Low Side' A/C screw-on plastic dust cap for my 2003 Saturn VUE. The GM dealer does not stock this part, so I have since been searching for a replacement cap. When I found this item on Amazon.com I was excited, especially when I used the included 'see if this fits your vehicle' application that is shown on the Amazon site, which reported to me that this was a match. Now to my issue: the stock photo clearly shows this item comes with 7 plastic caps, and what appear to be 5 valve stems. The package I received came with 2 plastic caps, 4 valve stems, and 2 'High Side' fittings (as evidenced by their physical size; I did not know this until AFTER I had opened the package). Because I only needed one of the plastic caps, I didn't really care that other parts appeared to be missing from the package, so I opened the package, took out the plastic caps, popped the hood on my VUE, and, low and behold, discovered that neither of the caps included in the package fit my vehicle. To make matters worse, I then read on the plastic baggie that I had just opened that this item is non-returnable, in the event the package had been opened. Bottom line, I'm now out 12 bucks, come on Amazon / Amazon sellers, how about making sure the picture shown on your web site is actually what is being sold?
