(More customer reviews)I developed a leak in what looked to be my evaporator core on my 2004 Corolla, based on the dye leaks, which came from the drain tube. Multiple quotes were around 1000 to 1200. Since it took a month for the ac to get warm, I figured it was a small leak and asked about leak sealers. Of course all the mechanics discouraged that. I am not a mechanic, and know nothing about cars. I picked up this product here after visiting an auto parts store, and it worked perfectly. Easily attached to the AC nozzle on the car, gauge worked perfectly preventing me from overfilling, and it seems at this point that the leak has been sealed, and I have nice cold air blowing. I live in Florida and the temps have been in the 90's for over a month since I filled it, so I know it works. I think this is the first time I have ever spent so little on a product that saved me so much. I especially like that a non-mechanical person like myself could use it. I even think my 80 year old mother could have done this if she needed to. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you have a slow leak. Even if you don;t fully repair the leak, you get a nice reusable gauge and connector hose, and instead of $1000-3000 repair you can spend 12 bucks once a month or so to refill you system.
