(More customer reviews)I recently purchased a through-the-wall AC/heater for my Florida home. Then I tried to find out which through-the-wall sleeve to purchase with my new AC. I did not want to make a mistake, so I called Amazon and then the supplier of the sleeve to make certain I was ordering the right one. Was unable to make this determination, so not wanting to wait around, I ordered two. One of them fit like a glove so I sent the other one back. This cost me nearly $20.00. The manufacturers of the sleeves ought to have a list, by make and model, telling which sleeves fit their product. Vice versa with the sleeve makers! You'd think in this day and age with everything numbered and computerized this would be a no brainer. Come on you guys, get with it!!!
