(More customer reviews)The MAS-70092 Flaring Tool Kit Is a high quality tool. The country of origin is not listed, however the fit,finish,material and utility are up to USA standards. Materials are hardened and polished tool steel. The flaring bar half's align properly and are drilled/chamfered true and accurate. The forcing cone is very strong and locks in place with a quarter turn. The flaring bar holds the tubing without allowing it to slip. The double lap flaring adapters are very strong and properly machined, with concentric stems and heads. Every flare looks great and seals perfectly. The tubing cutter is very well made and chromed. All in all this is a great value tubing flaring kit.
