(More customer reviews)I expected a fan that would look great and perform well for this price. I don't mind paying a premium price for a premium product, sadly this is not one.
I purchased this fan and another style from the same company. The problems with this fan are that the grills were misaligned. They were not all parallel to each other. Sure, I could bend them back but I shouldn't have to. Second, the Deco Breeze faceplate was bent and distorted. There is no way to bend it back to its original shape. I expect the company will be able to send me a replacement. Third, the fan is way too loud on low settings. In an average size bedroom I can barely carry a conversation with it on low. This might be fine for high but not for low. I may decide to return this based on this alone. If I can't keep it on why have it? Finally, there was a very small screw loose in the box. It was not the same size as the blade retention screw so I have no idea were it goes. Along this same line, there were three screw holes in the motor base behind the rear grill that did not have screws in them. This may be by design but given my other comments I am not sure.
The product certainly looks decent but it doesn't perform that well. I knew it was just a basic fan but I had hoped it would perform better.
