(More customer reviews)Works great! Like the "soapy water" trick, only better. Bubbles show up clearly, even in low light. Comes with an applicator attached to the lid. A little goes a long way. Just make sure not to shake it up, so the bubbles in the bottle (and on the applicator) are kept to a minimum. This prevents having to decipher a bubble that is a leak with one that was in the solution.
Be aware that when trying to use the home-grown "soapy water" trick, some soaps contain lye, which can slowly corrode raw metal. The threads are the most thin part of the pipe, which is where the liquid is applied. Not a good combination. This product solves that problem, and more.
Certainly less expensive than a gas "sniffer"!
