Even if your qx4 or pathfinder does not have the air filter originally, its a simple mod (instructions included with filter) to cut open a pre-outlined hole in the cooling unit. The tab is included to hold filter in place. Comes with 2 filters, instructions, and the tab. This is Atp's premium line of air filters, has a charcoal layer to absorb odors.
